Terms and Conditions for a Seamless Tour Experience

  1. We, at 3Z affordable Cebu package Tour, value your satisfaction and have established the following Terms and Conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

  2. To secure your reservation, we recommend booking your tour at least 30 days in advance of your desired travel date.

  3. A reservation fee of 500 pesos (for Cebu Tour) or 1,500 pesos (Cebu/Bohol/Camotes, etc.) is required to confirm your booking. The posted rates will remain unchanged.

  4. Should you need to cancel, postpone, or make any revisions or amendments to your booking, please notify us at least two weeks before departure (except for January, when one month's notice is required during the Sinulog season).

  5. Once your tour has commenced, we cannot refund or exchange any unused portion of the package.

  6. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our clients, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity arising from circumstances beyond our control.

  7. Our services will strictly adhere to the details indicated in your Itinerary Receipt, so we advise reviewing it carefully.

  8. All hotel and resort bookings made through our site require prepayment.

  9. Please note that no refunds can be made for early check-out, delayed check-in, or if clients choose to cut their stay short at the resort, hotel, or tour package we have prepared for them.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to maintain a fair relationship between you, our valued client, and 3Z Package Tour. Please familiarize yourself with the details below.

  2. No refunds can be provided for unutilized nights, even in cases of delayed check-in or early check-out.

  3. In the event of bad weather conditions (as indicated by storm signals) and upon advice from the Cebu Coast Guards, we can refund entrance fees and ferry tickets. However, please note that this package is non-transferable.

  4. Should any issues arise during your stay, please report them directly to the hotel or service provider. We cannot be held liable for compensation if the problem could have been rectified had they been notified.

  5. No refunds will be issued for confirmed bookings. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for no-shows or on-the-spot cancellations, and any associated damages fees for accommodations, ferry tickets, etc., will be the responsibility of the client.

  6. Refunds may be granted if certain services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.).

  7. Please note that no refund can be given for entrance fees if a guest chooses not to visit a particular tourist attraction with fees.

  8. All deposit payments made are non-refundable.
